Next stop, LA
Here we have the lovey and gracious Jordan. She did a wonderful job with the Robin character. Well, in life, you always need to be three steps ahead. I am already looking forward to the LA festival and plan to attend it too. It is in March so we all have time to save up for the trip. I hope we also get a good turnout for this festival as well. I will try to get a Friday evening showing or Saturday afternoon for LA. If anyone is planning to go to LA, let me know.
As for NY, I have VIP tickets for all who asked for them so that works out good. I want to have a meeting before the NY festival to coordinate hotels and events. I see the schedule is posted for the movies so the events should be listed soon too. The VIP parties state proper dress is required so no jeans, t shirts, etc. Besides, you guys always look your best dressed to the nines. It should be a lot of fun. We are listed for Saturday at 2:05 PM but they took away the schedule and that might change (hope not). I think it is wise to stay from Thursday to say Monday to get the most of the VIP parties. They will have others on Mon-Wed night but I am guessing we should see enough of the same people from Thursday to Sunday to make it work (heck at those rates, I can't really afford much more) Talk to you soon,

I spoke with the reporter a little while ago and he is calling you guys for quotes, sounds like it will be a good sized story.
I am also happy he took the time to call you for more info, it is really important that you guys get a chance to shine. Please call me once in a while, let me know what you are doing and what your schedule looks like each week. As I put these media events together, I may need to move very quickly so it will pay to stay in touch.

Next fundraiser will be at the Cinemagic where we will premiere the film in Merrimack. This event will be for Merrimack only, in that I mean the proceeds will go to the Merrimack Santa Fund. I will try to set it up on the weekend of December 9 or 10. We will also need to present the check to the town Council on Thursday 12/14. I would appreciate as many of you as can come to please do, we will have press there!
Once again, please call me and let me know what your schedule is each week, I will keep a record and when I need to get a hold of you, I know I can commit to that time and that I will have someone to bring. What is it they say, you snooze you loose? Please call me and keep in touch. Life is moving very fast for me now and I simply can't track you all down.

Here is Kendra's schedule. She's home by 2:40 each day. Mon 5-6,Tue 4-5:30,Wed 4-5 and 7-9,Thurs 5-8 and Friday 4-5 is filled by dance and theater.Hope that helps.

Thanks Jenn, I am planning on radio and TV appearances and these come up quickly so it helps to know where everyone is. If I have to go to Boston, is it OK to bring Kendra?, Nothing set yet, just in the planning stage,,, I'm thinking Howie Carr. You never know what you can do until you try! I have a connectionn in Boston that I need to email.
Right now, I am still finishing up the movie, worked all weekend, only a few more days left and I plan to use every day I have to make it better and better. I sent you the 2 changes on the poster, it looks great by the way. I tried to call you this weekend but you were out. I have no life so I forget that others do. Anyway, I will be home all day (what else is new), call me when you can so we can finalize the Halloween poster and talk about the movie promo cards (if you have time)

I just heard from the Union Leader. They are holding the story for Friday because they want to put the story ON THE COVER!
This is great but I sure wish I could have gotten the picture I wanted of everyone around the table planning the party. Oh well, I hope next time. I am getting very busy these days (like what else is new). We need to get the posters out so I need volunteers to hang them up. Please call me to let me know what your schedules are and if you can come and pick up posters to put up. Jenn, when will the posters be ready? I think this would be the best weekend to put them up. I will also look into some TV appearances next week.

That's great Jenn. I do not think we need a meeting for this, but I will come over tomorrow to pick them up and then I will ask people to come by to help put them up. I will be in Manchester meeting with Zyacorp to arrange to the movie to be shown at Cinemagic on Monday so I will put some up around Manchester while i am in town. Mike is also coming over Monday so I can have him and Stephanie but some up too. I figure the more signs, the better the turnout. I bet with say 10 people doing it, if we did 25 each, thats 250!
I contacted Shaws for a donation, the limit is $20 but at least it is something. I think I will ask for the bottled water rather than soda since I beleive the mark up is much higher on the water.

Hey Jenn, I just thought of Jim, he has a paper route that covers all of souther NH. I am sure he would have no problem putting in our flyer. If you can email it to me, I can print it out on my printer. I have an extra reem of paper lying around, may as well put it to good use.
